3.4 These Terms are published in English. The English version is the authoritative version for all interpretive purposes.
To register for and use an Account on 88hz, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:
Access to this Platform by persons under the age of 18 (or the higher minimum required by the applicable jurisdiction) is strictly prohibited. 88hz employs age-verification measures. If it is determined that a minor has accessed or registered on the Platform, the Account will be closed immediately, any deposits returned and any winnings forfeited. You may register one Account per person, per household and per device. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified may result in Account suspension and withdrawal holds. All KYC data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 88hz strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication ("2FA") where available. Any activity conducted on your Account using your credentials will be treated as activity authorised by you, unless you notify 88hz promptly upon discovery of unauthorised access.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting 88hz customer support. Upon closure, any pending wagers will be settled and any remaining verified balance will be returned to you subject to the Operator's withdrawal procedures. Account closure does not remove your liability for any obligations incurred prior to closure.
6.1 All deposits must be made from a payment method in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may be reversed with Account suspension.

7.1 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

15.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the Operator's licensing jurisdiction, as specified in the Operator's own terms and conditions.
